Fan forced refrigeration not only ensures a constant , even temperature throughout the showcase but also let us design a more visible display area. Curved , tempered , double heated glass prevents condensation build up. Pastry Showcases can be produced with or without pull-out drawers for easy access and cleaning. Pastry Showcases have three shelves to maximise display space with rising temparature starting from the base. Upper shelf has no refrigeration. All RAL colours are available.
