EPHESUS (II) PASTRY SHOWCASES

Ephesus (II) is a newer version of EPHESUS with the same narrow side panels which helps this showcase to fit into all limited spaces. Front round glass open from top to below for easy cleaning. Fan forced refrigeration not only ensures a constant,even temperature throughout the showcase but also let us design a more visible display area. Pastry Showcases can be produced with or without pull-out drawers for easy access and cleaning. Ephesus (II) Pastry Showcases have three shelves to maximize display space with rising temperature starting from the base. Upper shelf has no refrigeration.
