Compact Design: EPHESUS (II) is a newer version of EPHESUS with the same narrow side panels which helps this showcase to fit into all limited spaces. If you have limited space in your shop and need a gelato and pastry showcase ; EPHESUS (II) COMBO is the best choice. Two individually controlled showcases with two separate compressors multiplexed as one unit. ( Ice Cream + Gelato ) , ( Ice Cream + Pastry ) , ( Ice Cream + Frozen Cakes ) ; ( Ice Cream + Chocolate ) etc… options are available. Front round glass open from top to below for easy cleaning. Fan forced refrigeration not only ensures a constant,even temperature throughout the showcase but also let us design a more visible display area. Pastry Side of MILLENNIUM (II) COMBO Showcases can be produced with or without pull-out drawers for easy access and cleaning. Pastry Side of MILLENNIUM(II) COMBO Showcases have three shelves to maximize display space with rising temparature starting from the base. Upper shelf has no refrigeration. All RAL colours are available.
